[UPDATED + RUMOR] PS3 Firmware 3.60 Hacked?

[UPDATE] According to hacker “mastag23”, 3.60 cannot  be hacked and the video provided below is fake. Mastag23 says that it would be impossible to run the debugging station launcher on a retail console, meaning that the PS3 in the video is a debug console.

mastag23: just fyi:
mastag23: that is fake
mastag23: it would look legit if he hadn’t of ran the debugging station launcher
mastag23: You fail “Connected from 192.168.0.2 on port 1000” (port might be wrong pretty blurry.
mastag23: This is a debug unit. That can’t be done on a retail unit. Run the Debugging Station Launcher on a retail and the debug tools won’t connect to it, yours obviously does
mastag23: debugging station launcher cant be connected to on retail
mastag23: if he hadnt of posted debugging station launcher
mastag23: he would be believable

2 months ago, the PlayStation 3 was hacked and it shocked Sony and many others. Sony sent out an onslaught to protect their system. Handing out subpoenas, raiding homes, banning consoles that are hacked. It was enough to make most hackers step back from the PS3 scene but now a brave soul has stepped forward and has claimed to have hacked the latest PS3 firmware in less than a week of its release. Despite claims that 3.60 tightened up system security

Do you believe the claims are true? What else do you think Sony will do to put an end to this? Voice off your opinions below.
