One of the most talked about things coming out of the leaked Battlefield 4 trailer isn’t the high quality visuals or the heart-racing action, but the inclusion of a Rihanna snippet.
Run This Town by Jay-Z feat Rihanna and Kanye West was notably featured in the Battlefield 4 teaser trailer and fans all around scratched their heads, wondering why EA would use that song, let alone Rihanna’s part, for the Battlefield 4 trailer. Take a look at what fans had to say on Twitter:

It’s just a trailer with a song… a damn good song in my opinion and I don’t like much pop stuff. But what’s the big deal? Yeah, some losers always wanna complain about a song / singer.. but guess what, lots of people loved the song I’m sure. It WAS a big song on the radio… OBVIOUSLY people like it….. case closed. I don’t listen to pop/r & b/ hip hop really at all, but even I know that the Rihanna bit in that short 1min. trailer pumped me the fuck up for battlefield 4! The people who are complaining and trolling this topic are the people who are is shitty moods and look for things to lash out at.. Just because there’s a particular song that isn’t in your AC DC or Rick Ross ‘makes me manly’ style doesn’t mean that it’s stupid and crappy.. I love essentially all music, and this doesn’t mean it’s literally the new BATTLEFIELD theme. If you listen towards the end, they had a newer actual battlefield theme which is the real one… Maybe they added Rihanna cuz now it looks like you can play as woman in the new game, the campaign, and hopefully/probably in multiplayer as well… I only found this website on a count of I was trying to figure out the name of this Rihanna song because Id heard it before but never knew the name of it… Gonna listen to this bitch while fighting the good fight in the BATTLEFIELD (3)

Cold have picked a better song like Symphony of destruction or something im getting sick of these badass games bringing out the weakest ads.. the commercial is always better when turned down with Metallica – Fight Fire With Fire jamming out in the background. :0
