PlayStation All-Stars DLC Is Happening

Not a fan of the 20 character roster in SuperBot’s PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale? Fear not!

Being a fighting game, it was almost impossible to think that the game won’t be supported with downloadable content. However, it is great to get full confirmation that the game will be supported post-release.

The game comes packed with 20 characters and 14 stages on disc. Sony has confirmed today that both the stage list and character roster will expand with future DLC. When asked, the Sony rep stated that “we will be adding additional gameplay content to PlayStation All-Stars through post-launch DLC, including new characters and environments.”

This is, of course, great news to anybody hoping to see more content released in the long run. Perhaps the possibilities of fan favorites Crash Bandicoot and Cloud Strife might make the DLC cut. Check back on iGG for all things PlayStation, and be on the look out when PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale launches on November 20 for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita systems.
